John Shults is the founder of UpRound Finance.  John has been the acting CFO for 60+ venture-backed companies across the SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, and consumer electronics industries.  He has helped these Seed through Series B-stage companies raise a combined $350M in equity and debt financing, manage Finance operations and strategy post-raise, and has presented at the board meetings of several premier startups across the country.  John began his career in investment banking and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas where he was also a member of the varsity tennis team.
